  The first two times I went here (dressed in business casual) the service was excellent and I was pretty happy with my purchases. I came here a third time a few months ago to buy a shirt (this time in gym clothes), and couldn't get the attention of any of the salespeople. They asked a gentleman near me if he needed help three separate times (despite the fact that he was focused on his cell phone and not attempting eye contact), but I waited for more than 10 minutes without being able to get service. I came here again in gym clothes this week, and was completely ignored by the sales staff. The level of service offered seems to be a function of how you are dressed when you enter their store. I was going to purchase 2 new suits- I will now be doing that at Brooks Brothers instead.
