  Poor service and lack of care for customers. I walked to the store in the rain and saw a coat I really liked but there was a stain on it. I asked if they could take a little bit off the price because of the stain and was advised no that they have a tailor who would try to clean it. I waited for that to be done but the tailor made the stain worst. I still really wanted it and so the associate asked for a manager the manager came over looking annoyed already and when the associate explain there was no more in the store the manager looked as though she was going to give a discount but once she heard there was another in a different store she told me no and to go to the other store and purchase it. I advise her I don't live in the area and don't have a car I travel on a vanpool from Virginia she looked as she could careless and told me she can't do nothing. I was highly disgusted with her service. I have been in management for years as well as retail management and to treat a customer this way was horrible. I am a Nordstrom card holder and love Nordstrom I am in that store at least once a week but because of her service I will not return. To not even offer having it shipped, or held at the other store, or to just give me a 8 dollar discount on a 89 dollar jacket was outrageous. I was also there with a coworker who shops there as much as me who was equally disgusted by the service I received. The associate was helpful but to have a manager of Nordstrom management treat me this way was horrible.
