They took my old mattress away for free, and the delivery guys were in an out in 5 minutes. Even more impressive because I live in a four floor walk up and one guy brought the mattress up by himself. I got plenty of notification beforehand. Couldn't have asked for better service. Quick tip: DO NOT go to Mattress Warehouse! Google maps will send you there. This Mattress Firm is up about another block.
