I was in the area visiting and needed to return two dresses that I had ordered from the website for a wedding that I will be attending next week. I did not have an appointment but a salesperson, Bonnie overheard my need. She insisted she will take care of me. I tried on several dresses and she went above and beyond to find the correct size and style for me! She returned my previous purchases and order the new dress with 1-2 day shipping. I would highly recommend visiting Bonnie at the J.Crew Georgetown location. Diana Klug
