So disappointed because I'd rather give me business to them and not a big box store, but from now on I'll drive an extra 15mins to Home Depot!! Poor customer service should be the number priority. I was in line and witnessed another employee talking to a customer rudely as well. They talk to people as if everyone is a construction expert.
