  I don't know what's wrong with these people but they must have a huge chip on their shoulder. This evening I went through the CVS pharmacy drive thru and boy what an experience that was. The associates walked by window without a care in the world. They pretty much ignored me I had to ring the call button three times. What's worse, there was someone else behind me waiting just as long. Finally an associate came to the window and spoke through the glass. I couldn't hear her and told her so. She finally picked up the phone and spoke very low. Now I know this is D.C but come on, this area is coming up. I gave her my prescription she disapeared and came back 5 minutes later and asked for my insurance card. Finally the car behind junked their horn and she immediately came out with my card. Next time I'll make sure I continue to fill my prescriptions at my Virginia suburb CVS.
