There were some complications with my exchanging a pair of shoes that I had ordered online, through Allen Edmonds' international delivery service. Tanya went above and beyond to get it sorted out, spending a couple of hours on the phone and having a different sized pair overnighted from out of state so that I could take them with me when I left town the next day.
